Jay Shaw, previously managing director of ASG, will remain chairman of the board. Shaw will continue to develop strategic relationships and new business opportunities for the company.

Shaw says: “The board greatly values Jeff’s skill set, creativity, commitment, and work ethic. He’s been active in business aviation in Asia for over 17 years now and has a wealth of knowledge and experience that is unique in our industry.”

“I have personally worked with Jeff for over 8 years, first building BAA Jet Management and now Asian Sky Group. ASG will benefit from his involvement at a more senior level, and I look forward to continuing the development of the ASG brand with him,” adds Shaw.
