Gulfstream G550 joins SaxonAir charter fleet

SaxonAir has added a Gulfstream G550 business jet to its charter fleet.

The Gulfstream began operation in late May and will be the only G550 type operated from its base in London Stansted airport.

Now SaxonAir has a G550, the company has gained a worldwide AOC and this enables them to fly to destinations all over the world.

The Gulfstream G550 (registration G-MRLX) has a range in excess of 6,000nm, meaning it can fly nonstop from London to Los Angeles, Cape Town or Hong Kong. The aircraft is capable of carrying 16 passengers and has individual passenger entertainment systems, Wi-Fi and a full size galley providing a full bespoke menu of freshly prepared hot food on board. The interior layout comprises of three luxury cabin zones including dual opposing four place divans that can be joined together creating a comfortable double bed or two individual single beds.

SaxonAir has a fleet of Hawker 900XP, Hawker and Nextant light jets, Citation Mustang very light jet, King Air 350 business turboprop and an EC120 executive helicopter.
