A Dassault Falcon 900EX recently became the 900th aircraft to be registered on the Isle of Man.

Since it was formed in 2007, the Isle of Man registry quickly became one of the most popular jurisdictions to due to a favorable tax regime and neutrality of its M- registration prefix.

“Our continued efforts to further develop the Registry are designed to ensure that IOMAR supports a sustainable long term future for the highly successful Isle of Man Business Aviation sector. The fact that we have registered our 900th aircraft this week, a Dassault Falcon 900EX, and continue to grow at a healthy rate, regardless of tough trading conditions and global financial uncertainty, is the strongest possible endorsement that the Isle of Man business model is robust and highly effective.” said Simon Williams, director of civil aviation (DCA), Isle of Man.

Outside of the US, the Isle Man has the most amount of Gulfstream G650s registered, with 15 aircraft currently wearing M- marks.

“The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry’s continued strong growth reflects the tremendous amount of hard work made by the Registry’s team to continually develop and improve the services offered to clients. It is fantastic to pause to recognize the team’s achievements.’ said Leonard Singer, Member of the department with responsibility for the Aircraft Registry.” said Simon Williams, director of civil Aviation (DCA) for Isle of Man
