Air Service Basel is now certified to work on 2-REG registry aircraft from Guernsey and the Channel Islands.

The company received the Maintenance Organization Approval Validation from the 2-REG Aircraft registry last week, resulting in new opportunities in Switzerland for aircraft registered in Guernsey and the Channel Islands.

With over 50 years of experience in maintenance, Air Service Basel is pleased to further extend its capabilities as it heads into the new year.

Air Service Basel is based at EuroAirport in Basel, the facility’s IS-BAH II certified FBO terminal offers a full range of customer-focused services for business aviation including; aircraft hangar and apron parking, fuelling, maintenance, management, passenger and crew support, and VIP handling.

Air Service Basel’s EASA and FAA approved maintenance department offers airframe, power plant and avionics services and can facilitate a wide range of aircraft including piston, turboprop and turbine engines. Air Service Basel is an authorized dealer of premium providers including Garmin, Honeywell and Rockwell Collins and is also warranted by the FAA to carry out ATC Transponder and Altitude reporting tests on any aircraft.
