The aircraft (MSN 6120 / 9H-IKO) left Gulfstream’s Savannah manufacturing facilities on April 18 and flew direct to Malta, where it joined the Emperor Aviation’s Maltese AOC.

Although the aircraft is registered in Malta, the aircraft will be based at Moscow’s Vnukov Airport, joining nine other aircraft in the Emperor Aviation fleet.

The company says that the aircraft will be privately operated, and will not be made available for charter.

“We are proud to have Emperor Aviation receive the first and most respectable aircraft in business aviation – Gulfstream G650. This fact proves the highest level of trust among the biggest clients in Russia,” said Irakli Litanishvili, owner of Emperor Aviation.
