Falcon Aviation Appoints New FBO Manager

United Arab Emirates – Falcon Aviation are pleased to announce that Pauline Smith has joined the company in the role of FBO Manager. Pauline Smith comes with over 25 years of experience within the Industry. In her past role at Marshall Aerospace she held the role of Head of Customer Services and Terminal Manager for 4 years, where she was responsible for establishing a new Marshall branded FBO at Birmingham Airport and created and designed a bespoke commercial passenger terminal for business passengers at Cambridge Airport.

Pauline started her career with Harrods Aviation, where she oversaw all aspects of VIP aircraft handling. In 2008 she joined ExecuJet Middle East where for two years she worked as FBO Manager, responsible for VIP aircraft handling, including flight operations, customer service and marketing.
She then joined Al Bateen Executive Airport, where she held the role of Senior FBO Manager, responsible for the setting up and the day to day running of the award winning DhabiJet FBO at the UAE’s first exclusive business aviation airport.

Joining in advance of the launch of Falcon Aviation’s new FBO in Al Maktoum International Airport, Pauline can continue her success under the Falcon Aviation umbrella.
