Fargo Jet Center of North Dakota has formed a joint venture with Ross Aviation, based in Denver, Colorado, and Overland Aviation in Williston, North Dakota.

The new joint venture has purchased the assets of Overland’s current fixed base operation in Williston, North Dakota, which will operate as the Williston Jet Center.

“The joint venture between Ross, Overland and Fargo Jet brings together the resources and knowledge of three well-respected aviation companies,” said Jim Sweeney, president of Williston Jet Center.

“Plans are underway for improving the existing facilities to a accommodate the growth Williston has realised over the past couple of years,” added Sweeney.

Tanner Overland has been named general manager of the new operation. Aircraft maintenance and air taxi charter services will be provided in cooperation with Fargo Jet Center.

Jeff Ross of Ross Aviation said: “Ross Aviation looks forward to sharing its operating experience with these capable partners in a growing aviation market. We anticipate providing both existing and prospective customers improved service and facilities.”
