Freestream structures Falcon 7X deal for Planet Nine

Freestream, the UK-based aircraft broker, recently completed structured financing for a third Dassault Falcon 7X for US-based operator Planet Nine.

Registered as N919NE / MSN 87, the Falcon 7X previously flew in Saudi Arabia.

“We are very proud to have achieved our initial goal of introducing three newly refurbished 5,950m ultra-long-range Falcon 7X business jets into the market whilst at the same assembling a world-class group of pilots, crew members and operational ground-support personnel since being awarded our Part 135 operating certificate in June,” said Matt Walter, the co-founder and head of business development, Planet Nine.

Planet Nine was launched in June 2018 by James Seagrim and Matt Walter. The pair previously ran Advanced Air Management in California before it was acquired by Zetta Jet in 2016.

Freestream arranged the financing for all three aircraft. The first Falcon 7X N19NE / msn 46, arrived with Planet Nine in May 2018.
