FlightSafety breaks new ground at Teterboro

                        
FlightSafety held a ground breaking ceremony at its Teterboro learning centre, due to be completed early next year.

“The expansion and renovation of our Teterboro Learning Center is a clear demonstration of our commitment to continuously enhance the training and services we provide,” said Bruce Whitman, president & CEO.

Whitman added: “FlightSafety is proud to have been a part of the New Jersey business community since 1975. We look forward to continuing to provide Customers from around the world with the high quality training they appreciate and expect from FlightSafety.”

“Today’s groundbreaking is the latest of many recent events pointing to the eagerness of business to invest in New Jersey,” said Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno. “Governor Christie’s pro-economic development policies are attracting business investment and creating new jobs and opportunities for New Jerseyeans.”

The learning center will increase in size once the expansion and extensive renovations have been completed. The facility will accommodate up to eight full flight simulators, and offer flight crew emergency training that includes a pool and other specialized equipment. It will also feature advanced technology classrooms, aircraft cabin training facilities, and enhanced office areas. Construction is expected to be completed early in 2014.

The Teterboro center currently offers training programs for aircraft manufactured by Dassault. They include the Falcon 50EX, Falcon 2000, Falcon 2000EX EASy, Falcon 900EX, and Falcon 900EX EASy.
