Greenpoint Technologies merge sister companies

The Greenpoint Technologies Corporation has united its cabinetry and machining facilities in Denton, Texas, with its manufacturing and testing facility in Marysville, Washington, at the company’s corporate headquarters in Kirkland, Washington.

Greenpoint Aerospace, a business jet maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility in Denton, Texas, continues to operate as its own company servicing private, corporate and military aircraft.

Scott Goodey, CEO of Greenpoint, said: “The teams at each facility work together on every program, representing true vertical integration.
