He has broad experience in virtually every segment of the business aircraft industry, including representation of leading entrepreneurs, financial institutions, private and public companies or operators with any matters regarding their business aviation activities.

Grégoire advises owners and operators in connection with the sale, purchase and operations of private aircraft from all manufacturers. His advice includes notably aircraft management, maintenance, importation and VAT, charters, repossession, regulations and insurance.

Grégoire has often acted as lead counsel to financial institutions and owners on the setup and structuring of complex, non-standard multi-jurisdictional aircraft backed financings.

Grégoire is ranked and recognized by leading legal directories such as Legal 500, Expert Guides and Who’s Who Legal. Clients praise his “analytical ability and deep knowledge of all matters related to banking & finance.” (Who’s Who Legal 2017.)

An example of Grégoire’s notable experience in aviation includes his role as lead counsel in assisting a Swiss bank with a global presence to establish its policies regarding financial lending’s secured by complex assets, in particular business aircrafts, and to then represent the bank in the numerous financings then granted to clients.
