Luxaviation Group to celebrate global successes at EBACE 2018

: Luxaviation Group, together with ExecuJet, is exhibiting for the third time at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) from 29-31 May 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland.

The global business aviation group will be exhibiting in Hall 5 at booth number N116, just off the main thoroughfare, and will be celebrating the successes of its recent global incentives.

Luxaviation’s San Marino AOC off to a flyer

Since launching in January 2018, Luxaviation’s San Marino AOC has already proved a success, with strong demand from Africa and the Middle East.

Robert Fisch, Managing Director, Luxaviation San Marino, says: “We are very pleased with the progress the San Marino AOC has made since its launch in January. We now have three aircraft on our books, with several more in the signing on process. We are expecting to receive our EASA Third Country approval soon and, with that, an influx of more aircraft and customers.

“The San Marino AOC is an opportunity for the Group to maintain its leading standards in safety, operations and maintenance, whilst reaching out to new clients and industry bodies, and we are looking forward to the continued development in the region.”

Luxaviation’s San Marino-based aircraft currently include a new Bombardier Challenger 350, Global 5000 and a Dassault Falcon 900exEASy II.

Luxaviation welcomes several new aircraft to fleet

The Luxaviation Group is announcing several additions to its 270-strong fleet, including an Embraer Legacy 600, a Falcon 900EX, a Citation XLS+ and a Citation XLS.

The Legacy 600, capable of flying 3,300nm, will be privately managed and based at ExecuJet’s Zürich facility in Switzerland. The Falcon 900EX, capable of flying 4,500nm, and Citation XLS+, capable of flying 2,100nm, will both be based at Luxaviation France’s Paris Le Bourget facility. The Citation XLS, capable of flying 2,100nm, will be based at ExecuJet’s Brussels facility in Belgium.

Luxaviation celebrates busy sporting weekend

The weekend of the 25-27 May was one of the busiest of the year for Luxaviation, with high demand for flights to the UEFA Champions League Final in Kiev and F1’s Monaco Grand Prix.

George Galanopoulos, Managing Director, Luxaviation UK, says: “Big events in the sporting calendar, like the UEFA Champions League Final, make up a large part of our business year on year. Whether this is flying groups of fans to cheer on their team or flying a star player’s agent and management staff, there is always high demand. Around 70% of Luxaviation UK’s fleet was in the air as a direct result of the demand for travel to Kiev and Monaco.”

First Luxaviation Crew Resort opens in Luxembourg

Luxaviation Group is announcing the opening of its first Crew Resort, a boutique hotel offering contemporary, upscale accommodation for crew members and clients in transit. Located at Luxembourg airport, the Luxaviation Crew Resort is the first to open and provides a full-service array of amenities to cover the crew’s needs to prepare for their next take-off.

Based in Luxembourg and within walking distance from Luxembourg airport, the Luxaviation Crew Resort’s location allows guests easy access to both the airport and Luxembourg’s financial, shopping and diplomatic district.
