TAG Aviation receives ACJ319 ETOPS approvals

TAG Aviation has received approval for extended range twin engine operations (ETOPS) from the UK CAA for the ACJ319.

The ETOPS safety certification was granted to TAG Aviation by the UK CAA under EASA regulations following the successful demonstration that all the necessary airworthiness, maintenance and operational requirements for the executive jet are in place.

“The granting of the ETOPS capability for the airbus sets new standards in terms of an improved passenger experience and allows us to establish more direct flight plans between departure points and final destinations, with consequent reductions in journey times, enhanced operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.”
