Tim Pick is an English solicitor and partner in Shearman & Sterling’s London office. He is the head of Shearman & Sterling’s Project Development & Finance Group.
He practices primarily in the international project development and finance field, including in the oil and gas and power and water sectors. He has particular expertise and experience in advising on IPP/IWPP projects and natural gas-based projects and transactions, including LNG and petrochemical projects. In addition, Mr Pick has significant experience of working with Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds on the financing of their external investments and of Islamic financing.
