Wheels Up has launched a new weekend jet shuttle between New York and South Florida. The Hawker 4000 jet is operated by Talon Air.

Members can buy single seats for $2,100 each way sharing the eight seat Hawker 4000 with other passengers. It is flying from New York’s Westchester County Airport to Fort Lauderdale’s Executive Airport.

The new shuttle will run between Friday February 17 and March 5. Wheels Up may extend this if there is demand. It will leave New York at 4pm and Fort Lauderdale at 6pm.

Wheels Up already runs shared shared flights to college football games which land two hours before the games and leave one hour afterwards – it calls this its “Same Day Game Day” shuttle. It also offers a shared flight to Squaw Valley Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe. Members can also propose a shared flight through the Wheels Up Member App, splitting the costs with other passengers. These shuttles use King Air 350i aircraft operated by Gama Aviation and owned by Wheels Up.
